1887 2d. size I surcharged "four" and overprinted "british bechuanaland" in sans-serif capitals in an arc over stamp impression, without compensation notice, but with framed "registered" on front and stamp date 26.8.79 instead of florets; some slight soiling and water stains in places, otherwise fine and rare.
