1988-2002 Menu cards with the royal cypher "ER/crown" embossed in gold at the top. All handwritten, those in blue ink in the hand of the Head Chef, Michael Sealey. The menu card for HM's 101st birthday lunch on 4 August 2001 is present, with another in the week preceding Christmas 1996, with Christmas pudding and hot mince pies served.
