Queen Victoria
1834 - c1870 Signature of Victoria Duchess of Kent, mother of Queen Victoria, on a slip of paper dated at Tunbridge Wells, 4th October 1834 (framed and glazed 300x200mm), a mourning envelope front with back flap, addressed in the hand of Queen Victoria in French to the King of the Belgians, and a sheet of Balmoral mourning notepaper, trimmed at the foot, with a pencil note in the hand of the Queen "For the collection of papers, letters respecting HRH the Prince Consort". A well known facsimile of Queen Victoria's golden jubilee letter to the Women of Great Britain is included. (4)
