1714 Warrant dated at Whitehall Treasury Chambers instructing Lord Charles Lord Halifax, Auditor of His Majestie's Exchequer to pay John Clubb Clark or his assigns the sum of £20 to defray the cost of his passage to Pennsylvania as Chaplain. The order is signed by Robert Harley, first Earl of Oxford. Rev. Clubb was a Welshman with connections to Radnor. Multiple references to him in "Old St. David's Radnor, 1700-1906"
