1677 (27 March) letter signed "Bath" "To the Right Honorable Ralph Montagu Master of his Majesty's Great Wardrobe Or to his Deputy there" regarding an order "delivered unto Mrs. Dorothy Chiffinch his Mats Seamstress: Eighteen Day Shirts, Eighteen Night Shirts, Eighted Half Shirts, Ffour Fozed of Sockett Handkercheifes, Six Laced Night Capps, Three Poynt Bandes & Six pairs of Point Cuffes, Six Indian Neckclothes, Seventy yardes of Muslin to renew the Cravattes and Cuffesm Half a piece of fine Cambricke to make Cuffes" etc.
