1870 (29 May), Heyliger correspondence entire (no side flaps) to St. Croix franked 1864-70 Large Oval 3s. horizontal pair, 8s. and 16s. two singles and horizontal strip of four (including one variety break in the bottom frame line), "1" in concentric circles cancellations, framed "Franco" additionally ties the 3s. pair, red London Paid d.s.
