2c. blue, used to Antigua (28 Sept. 1898), concentric circles cancellation, another, additionally franked bi-coloured 1c. (9th. printing, [91]), from St. Thomas to England (5 Feb. 1895), the first a little soiled and with slightly rounded corners. Facit BK4.
