Two horizontal pairs, tied by St. Thomas datestamps of 12 May 1896, tied to long On H.M's Service envelope with the cachet of the Norwegian Consulate/Santo Domingo to the Minister of Foreign affairs, Stockholm, transit and arrival datestamps on the reverse; the envelope with vertical fold and a little crumpled at the edges. Rare.
