10c. bistre-brown and blue, frame inverted, in horizontal pair with normal, with 4c., 1900 Arms 1c. strip of three, 5c. pair and 1902 8 cents on 10c. pair, on large cover registered from to Boston, St. Jan (24 March 1902) cancellations, transit and arrival markings on the reverse; some small cover faults. Believed to be the only recorded example of the 10c. inverted frame on cover and all Registered mail is rare. Photo
