1865 (24 May) autograph letter signed "David Livingstone" from Burnbank Road, Hamilton addressed to Reverend John Kirk making arrangements to meet, together with original envelope front addressed in his hand and initialled in the lower left corner, franked with 1d. red tied by '173' barred numeral; both items mounted on card though well preserved. Livingstone letters offered with initialled envelopes are uncommon. Photo
