1861 (12 Nov.) envelope from Arabian Coast to Georgetown, bearing 1860 perf 12 8c. brownish red bisected diagonally and clearly tied by "b.g./a1c" c.d.s. with another clear strike on face and, on reverse, mainly clear Demerara arrival datestamp (12.11); an extremely light horizontal crease crosses the adhesives and in no way detracts from superb appearance.
