1945 (16 Jan.) 4c. stationery card to Penang cancelled by superb Type JD1 c.d.s., showing very fine Konkoitah (27.1; Type JD1, latest recorded date) and Nieke (15.2; Type JD2, the only recorded) plus black censor chop; the card re-used after the war with reverse bearing "Kanji" overprint on Selangor 6c. on 5c. blocks of four (2) and Pictorial 3c. tied by Penang Japanese c.d.s. (Type JD10) and a registration label; the card with small worm hole towards foot. Very rare. Photo
