1943 (2 Aug.) locally addressed envelope at Johore Bahru, bearing Dai Nippon Straits Settlements 2c. tied by Type JD2 c.d.s. plus uncancelled Revenue 6c. which was disallowed, showing "T" in triangle (Type UP2) and, on reverse, Postage Due 4c. with single frame handstamp in black and 8c. with "Kanji" overprint, both neatly tied by Type JD2 datestamp and showing censor chop alongside.
