A mainly mint group on two Hagner pages including ½d. vermilion block of six with misprinted control 'N' (RPS Cert.), ½d. vermilion block of six with dry print of control 'N' (RPS Cert.), ½d. blue-green block of six with control 'R', 2d. yellow green and deep bright carmine and 2d. deep yellow-green and very deep carmine (both with Hendon Certs.), 2d. bisected and tied to piece by 'field post office/ british army s. africa' c.d.s., 2½d. purple on blue corner horizontal pair, corner block of four and corner block of six (the pair with Hendon cert and categorised as the deep slate-purple shade), 3d. purple on yellow marginal block of four and 9d. dull purple and blue overprinted "specimen"; and some Officials with Army Official ½d. blue-green in a pair and a block of nine both with control 'R', 1d. lilac in a pair with control 'W' and a strip of three with control 'U', 6d. purple on rose-red, Inland Revenue 1880-81 ½d. green and 1887-92 ½d. vermilion both overprinted "specimen" and Army Telegraphs ½d. vermilion and ½d. blue-green; generally good to fine and with part to large part original gum
