1855 1d. red-brown on cream paper, Die II, Alphabet III, Plate 25: a block of four lettered GE-HF, variety imperforate, unused without gum, diagonal pressed crease at left; scarce and in a lovely fresh shade. Specialised C8h, £12,000+

Note:
Plate 22 was used for an experiment on Neale's steam press and was ungummed. One sheet now cut up, survives. Imperforate stamps from Plate 25 exist in a different shade to those of Plate 22 , but the source of these is uncertain.
