1907-31 specialised collection housed in a Senator album with particular strength in the 1907 Large Canoe issue, including ½d. with multiples as large as thirty-six and fifteen with marginal inscriptions, also strips and blocks of four, six, nine and twelve alongside a large range of single examples both mint and used carefully written up demonstrating the various plate flaws and characteristics and a number of differing shades, the 1d. with a similar amount of detail in terms of plate flaws and with multiples of three and six alongside pairs and plenty of single examples, some with part inscriptions or sheet numbers, 2d. with blocks and strips of four and six and with a large number of single examples, 2½d. with multiples including a strip of six from the foot of the sheet misperforated at top resulting in an imperforate between appearance, a single examples imperforate between stamp and margin and cut close to frame on other sides to give an imperforate appearance also plenty of single examples showing plate flaws, 5d. including a strip of six from the foot of the sheet showing sheet number '72' at lower right and a range of single mint examples (22) and a few used, 6d. with a strip of six from the foot of the sheet and a range of mint examples (27) and a few used, 1/- with a strip of six from the top of the sheet with sheet number '68' and a number of mint examples showing plate characteristics and shades (22) and a couple of used, 1908-11 Small Canoe set overprinted 'specimen', and also the mint issued set and the set used on registered philatelic cover to Sydney, 1913 set of four to 11d. overprinted 'specimen' and the issued set, 1914-23 set to £1 both mint and used, 1922-31 set overprinted 'specimen', 1935 Silver Jubilees, etc. A lovely specialised collection with high catalogue value
