Regt." and countersigned by Commanding Officer, bearing 1863 CC perf 12½ 1d. carmine-lake cancelled "A05", showing red crayon "1", manuscript "Unclaimed", straight-line "unclaimed" in red, boxed "returned/letter branch/jamaica" d.s. (8.7) and, on reverse, despatch, St. Thomas (13.5) and Kingston (20.5 and 8.7) datestamps. Rare and full of character. Photo
