Special edition of the "Windsor Chronicle" Newspaper of Sept. 15 with violet newspaper label, franked Edward ½d. with Windsor code 2 cancellation of 16 Sept., addressed to Walter Campbell, the Windsor Great Park Chief Ranger; the newspaper with some faults as might be expected. Very few of the Special Edition were flown, primarily because of the weight. An exceptional Air Mail rarity. Photo
