(JD3); and 1942 (24 Aug.) locally addressed envelope bearing Straits Settlements 1c. (2, one unoverprinted, the other with Itchiburi seal and Negri Sembilan Dai Nippon 6c., all tied by "general post office/penang" double-ring d.s. (Type JD3)
