The 'Kyrios' Collection | Kingdom of Macedon, Alexander III, 'the Great' (336-323 BC), AR Tetradrachm, Memphis, c. 332-323, head of Herakles right, clad in lion's skin, rev. [ALE]XANDROY Zeus Aetophoros enthroned left, holding vertical sceptre in left hand, rose to left field, DI below throne, O to right, 17.26g (Price 3971), slightly short flan, but a wonderful strike in high relief, attractively toned and good very fine
