(g) The 'Eleutherios' Collection | George III (1760-1820), 'Garter' Half-Guinea, 1813, seventh laureate head right, rev. crowned shield in Garter, edge obliquely milled, 4.19g, 11h (Selig 1065-66; Stratos 50; MCE 448; EGC 859; Spink 3737), tiny metal flaw by lion in shield, otherwise lustrous and lightly toned, a pleasingly good very fine, an intriguing compliment to the famous 'Military Guinea' of the same date
