NGC VF30 | George I (1714-1727), Half-Guinea, 1724, first laureate head right, nose to stop between HIB and REX, rev. crowned shields cruciform, six strings to harp, five hearts to Hanoverian shield, edge obliquely milled, 4.13g [63.7grns], 5h (PAS: YORYM-18E848 = BM 2019 T668/257 this coin; MCE 273; EGC 545 [R3]; Spink 3635), some tiny scratches to periphery, and circulation wear to higher points, otherwise well-balanced, bright but lustrous, a bolder fine / very fine, an extremely rare date, seldom if ever encountered in commerce, with NGC 'Ellerby' Certification, graded VF30 (#6380983-257)
