NGC PF63 | Ireland, James II (1685-1691), Civil War Coinage, Pewter Issues (1689-1691), Silver Proof Halfpenny, 1690, laureate head left, rev. crowned harp of Erin, edge obliquely milled, 3.87g, 6h (DF 483; Spink 6591A), struck on a virgin flan, with the usual die flaw between 1 and 6 in date, lightly flecked in parts, otherwise handsomely struck up, with rich albeit uneven cabinet tone, about extremely fine, rare, in NGC holder, graded PF63 (Cert. 6768685-001)
