MEVM (m.m.), trefoil stops, crowned double Tudor rose, dividing crowned h-R, 6.72g [103.8grns], 8h, m.m. pellet-in-annulet [and lys on obv. only] (North 1841; Spink 2365), striking flatness to peripheries with scattered flecking in fields, otherwise the centres uniformly bold and considerably above average for this more seldom encountered 'Shilling' issue, a really good fine to almost very fine for issue, rare in this state
