The 'Haddenham' Collection of English Coins | Iceni, Uninscribed Coinage (50 BC - AD 50), 'Snettisham' Type, AV Stater, wreath crossed by single line of leaves, crescent and two rings forming face in opposing quarters, stylised locks of hair and two rings forming face in opposing quarter, rev. annulet horse right, one of rear legs disconnected from body, pellet in ring with tiny pellets above and below, 1.04g (BMC 3422-3434; Mack -; VA -; ABC 1462; Spink 429), reverse struck off centre so horse head not present, otherwise nice and bright, toned, near very fine
