(g) Victoria (1837-1901), Type IB, Shieldback Sovereign, 1870 [Die 119], second young head left, W.W. in relief on truncation, rev. crowned 'normal' shield in wreath, edge milled, 7.97g, 6h (MCE 530; Marsh 54; Spink 3853B), hairline die flaw to the 1 in date and to DEI, the faintest of superficial scratches running through BRITANNIARUM, bright but with a most pleasing lustre, good extremely fine and much as issued
