Albert Edward Lowe was born in Wales on 5 September 1879 and lived at Hida Cottage, St Saviours during the Second World War.

Edith Olive Lowe (nee Falla) was born on Guernsey on 20 September 1885 and lived with her husband during the Second World War. The couple were still at Hida Cottage in 1955.
