Grant-of-Arms, made out to 'James Glencross', vellum with ink inscription headed by the Glencross Coat of Arms and those of the College of Arms, Garter King of Arms and Clarenceux King of Arms, signed by those individuals (Albert Woods and Robert Laurie respectively) in the lower margin and complete with encased wax seals, dated 1876, the whole within its black leather case decorated with gilt crowns and 'V.R.' cyphers, case slightly distressed, vellum in good clean condition
