DOMINE IN FVRORE TVO ARGVTS ME, floriate cross in double tressure, crowned leopards at angles, annulets at corners of central panels, lombardic E at centre, 3.85g, 3h, m.m. cross potent (Schneider I, 65-66; North 1223; Spink 1500) holed and skilfully plugged at 8 o'clock, clipped and bright cleaned, otherwise evenly uniform, very fine for strike and scarce, tempting the Lord quite erroneously to 'rebuke us in thine anger' .
