Great Britain: Clevedon Pier Company, one share, 186[9], #571, black, embossed seal, blind embossed duty stamp. Formed in 1866 to build an 840 foot wrought iron structure. Opened in February 1869. Transferred to Clevedon Council in 1891 after financial difficulties. Since the 1980's the pier has been repaired and is now owned by Clevedon Pier and Heritage Trust Limited and ia a Grade I listed building. GVF.
