China: Chinese Government, 5% Reorganisation Gold Loan of 1913, bond for 189.40 Roubles/ £20 sterling, St. Petersburg, #738496, original Russian issue, Russo Asiatic Bank, brown and black, 'Mercury' at top, printed by Waterlow and Sons. These were exchanged for new 'green' bonds in the 1920's and it is estimated that between 1000 and 2000 were not submitted for exchange at the time. AEF.
