Formed in 1928 by T.A.Welsh and George Pearson with studios in Crickewood, North London, basically to acquire the rights to the Harry Lauder film 'Huntingtower' but also to acquire all the assets of the old Welsh Pearson & Company including rights to their numerous past films.
