Woodman Burbidge as director, attractive pieces printed by Waterlow & Sons, with USA and English arms, Prince of Wales´ feathers, red and black respectively; together with bearer warrant for one founders´ share of £1, 189[5], brown, with coupons, and later issued cumulative pref. shares of £1 each, 1[926], red. R.Woodman Burbidge, Chairman of Harrods from 1890 to 1917. Repaired splits on the later piece, AVF (4).
