Formed to acquire Allegemeines Explorations Unternehmen GMBH, with Max Steinthal as director. Max Steinthal was a director of the Deutsche Bank. Matesdorf was involved in various mining ventures with the Rothschilds but best known as an artist. Died 1909. VF and rare.
