Charles White was born at Bloomsbury and enlisted at Walham Green. He served in France with the 2nd Dragoon Guards from 14 September 1915 and died just four days later on 18 September 1915, aged 21. He is buried at the Longuenesse (St.Omer) Souvenir Cemetery and was the son of Charles and Jane Ann White of 46 Brecon Road, Hammersmith, London.
