William Albert Bryan was born at Clerkenwell and enlisted at Holborn. He served in France from 22 July 1915 and died of wounds on 17 May 1918, whilst serving with 'A' Battery, 93rd Brigade, Royal Field Artillery and is buried in the Abbeville Communal Cemetery Extension.
