Harry Elliott was born at Scarborough in 1891 and enlisted at Bradford. He served in France from 14 April 1915 and died of wounds on 8 October 1916. He is commemorated at Bradford (Undercliffe) Cemetery and was the son of Arthur and Mary E. Eliott of Scarborough.

His mother applied for his 1914-15 Star in March 1919, whilst his MIC confirms the different service numbers and the return and re-issue of a Pair.
