Victory Medal 1914-19 (W-986 Dvr. A. R. Jones. R.A.), somewhat polished, very fine

Abel Reginald Jones was born at Clydach Vale, the son of Maggie son of 70 Thomas Street, Abertridwr. Working as a miner prior to enlistment on 18 January 1915 he served with 122nd Brigade, Royal Field Artillery in France from 24 December 1915. He was transferred to the A Class Reserve on 12 August 1918; sold together with copied research including M.I.C. and service papers.
