1914-15 Star (T3-022492. Dvr. J. Tuppein. A.S.C.), good very fine

Joseph Tuppein was born at Northam, Southampton. Enlisting with the Corps of Horse Transport on 8 October 1914 as a Driver he entered the war in France on 14 July 1915. Repeated disciplinary infractions resulted in his return to Britain in December 1915. Tuppein was later posted to Salonica on 11 December 1916 and served there until his discharge on 10 May 1919.
