Baltic 1854-55 (Thomas Joyce, Armorer, H.M.S. Russell.), attractive contemporarily engraved naming, contact marks, very fine

Thomas Joyce is confirmed as present aboard Russell during the Baltic operations. He served some 21 years 7 days with 'good service' in the Royal Marines and latterly served aboard Hannibal, Asia and St Vincent, being discharged with three Good Conduct Badges in February 1872; sold together with copied research.
