A group with high value frankings (3) comprising 1884 part cover from Napier to London franked 6mm wmk 1/- (3), 1889 (7 Mar.) cover from Wellington to London bearing Stamp Duty 3/- and Second Sideface 6d. brown, tied by 'wellington' squared circles and 1890 REgistered cover to Berlin franked with Stamp Duty 3/- and Second Sideface 2d., 3d. and 1/- tied by 'wellington' c.d.s. cancellations; a scarce group

Note: In 2011-12 The New Zealand Stamp Collector undertook a census of higher value Sideface frankings. It concluded there were fewer than ten involving Second Sidefaces with frankings of 2/6d. or more, including these three items.
