1886 (12 Feb.) ½a. stationery envelope to Rangoon cancelled by "rangoon steamer/service/b out" c.d.s. used on the Calcutta to Rangoon Sea Post Office; the only ship to depart Calcutta on a Feb. 12th date using this c.d.s type was the "Simla" in 1886. Minor edge staining but a very scarce cancel. Photo
