George I (1714-1727), 'Roses and Plumes' Shilling, 1720, large 0 in date, first laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. four crowned shields cruciform, roses and plumes in angles, seven strings to harp, obliquely milled edge, 6.05g, 6h (Bull 1569 [R2]; ESC 1167; Spink 3645), lightly wiped, now pleasantly retoned, a bolder very fine, rare, especially in higher grades
