Kidarite, in the style of Kushano-Sasanian, Peroz II (c. 303-330), gold Dinar, 7.63g, scythate, Bactrian legend around standing king wearing horned crown, making offerings at an altar left, with garlanded trident above, he carries a trident right with a tamgha and Brahmi letter pi below, swastika between feet, three beads under arm in right field, rev. nimbate Siva standing before bull, holding garland and trident, traces of Bactrian legend (Göbl 711), struck using worn dies, possibly not an original issue, some light marks on raised areas on obverse, Arabic numeral 23 engraved below reverse, very fine
