(x) PCGS VF35 | Charles II (1660-1685), Crown, 1682 over 1 TRICESIMO 'QVRRTO' [over TERTIO], fourth laureate and draped bust right, rev. no stop after HIB, crowned shields cruciform, eight strings to harp, lettered edge downwards, 5h (Pywell-Phillips 27; Bull 418 [R2]; ESC 65B; Spink 3359), some staining spots on obverse, otherwise lightly toned, near very fine / good very fine, the edge collaring slipped, the 'regnal overdate' nonetheless extremely clear, rare thus, in PCGS holder, graded VF35 (Cert. #38994631)
