REX • third horseman left, sword upright, no ground line, rev. -:- (m.m.) -:- CHRISTO • AVSPICE • REGNO, oval garnished shield surmounted, 29.75g, 4h, m.m. bell over portcullis / bell (Hawkins 3a; Francis 25; FRC XIV*/XIX, lot 70; Brooker 254 same dies; Barr 189; North 2195; Spink 2758), discolouration at mintmark on reverse and traces of light cleaning to reverse, some minor graffiti below horse, otherwise retoned, a really bold fine / almost very fine, rare, in NGC holder, graded VF Details ~ Mount Removed (Cert. #5709663-002)
