Anne (1702-1714), Pre-Union, 'Roses and Plumes', Crown, 1707 SEXTO, first draped bust left, rev. crowned shields cruciform, roses and plumes in angles, eight strings to harp, lettered edge upwards, 29.93g, 6h (Bull 1343; ESC 102; Spink 3578), a hint of adjustment marks below drapery and inconsequential flecking under magnification, otherwise handsomely toned and beautifully uniform, all but the highest points sharply struck up, a most attractive and wholesome good extremely fine, rare in this superb grade
