Charles II (1660-1685), Crown, 1663, first laureate and draped bust right, rev. stops on reverse, revised crowned shields cruciform, ten strings to harp, edge lettering obliterated, 28.89g, 6h (Bull 353; ESC 22; Spink 3354), evidently from a mount, the edge lettering obliterated and surfaces marked, otherwise good

The edge lettering is all but obliterated, but it is presumed this is the more common dated variety.
