(x) Voluntary Medical Service Medal, with 3 additional bars (Miss Mary Rowland), mounted as worn, contact marks, edge bruising, nearly very fine

Mary Rowland lived at 44 Watkin Road, Folkstone at the time of her enlistment on 25 October 1914. She worked with the rank of Member at Manor House Hospital, Folkstone and served until 31 January 1919. She died less than a month later on 14 February 1919.
