William G. Owen served in the Royal Warwickshire Regiment, Army Dental Corps, Essex Regiment and the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve but was not entitled to the 1914-15 Star. His MIC notes his Medals were re-issued by the Admiralty and lost by Owen.
